GoogleDidn't turn up for a viewing with no warning and expected us to wait in the rain for an hour until the estate agent decided to turn up to work. If I "didn't turn up" to work I'd lose my job. My friends travelled from an hour away to see the property. Ridiculous

GoogleWell at least they are upfront and honest by saying they won't even consider tenants with pets no matter what pets. Anyway was quite surprising to hear that.

GoogleThe agents listed a property on Tuesday, Called 8 times on Tuesday and couldn't get through to them. When I finally did the agent told me he was struggling to get access to the property and any viewings wouldn't be until the weekend and then tried to sell me different properties. (assuming this property wasn't one of his so he wasn't bothered about helping as he probably wouldn't get his commission). I managed to call up yesterday (after 12 calls throughout the day) and get a viewing for this evening (Friday). When I received the viewing confirmation they actually sent me one for a different property on the same street. Once they corrected the viewing booking we were set to go. We were excited to see the house and pay the holding deposit but have just received a phone call to let us know they have let the property. Lack of communication throughout despite being aware of our interest from the outset. We all live out of London and are desperate for a property, finally found the right one and have been completely let down through lack of communication.

GoogleVery unprofessional agency, I spoke with Rakib yesterday who confirmed the viewing for me today at 6pm for 1 bedroom flat in Pennington Court, Wapping and he was supposed to email me the details of the property which he never did. I rang his office today and his colleague said viewing is confirmed. I had to leave office early to attend the viewing and I rang him to say that I'll meet him at the property when he told me property is no longer available. He has wasted my time and never apologised for his unprofessional behaviour.

GoogleVery unprofessional agency! I had arranged a viewing for a Tuesday evening and on Monday all day I did not get a text or email for confirmation so I called and have been told that the flat was not available anymore! .. And to my surprise after two days the flat became available again only with extra 150£.. That says it all about how professional this lady was!

GoogleA customer of AM as a Landlord for 3 years, I have to say they their level of service has deteriorated a lot in the last year. From not being notified about management staff changes, struggling to get in touch to most recently having to re-send the email someone in the renewals team sent me to the same person so she could find my property isn't the level of service or admin I would expect.

GoogleVery unprofessional, I went to the estate agency because I had arranged a viewing, once there, the agent was not in and after waiting, the lady at the office told me that the agent was not going to come and the property was already rented since the previous day. It was such a waste of time. I will not recommend this agency.

GoogleTHEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF THE CLIENT, AT ALL! To them we are just people who pay rent, they use to reply to each request saying "LANDLORD SAID/LANDLORD DECIDED/LANDLORD AGREED/DISAGREED" not even trying to get the best for a person who has been a 2 years client. If you want to renew they say that the landlord decided to change tenancy because he wants to increase the price but then they rent the flat for £200 LESS; if you try to negotiate on the deposit refund asking for a reasonable deduction (even though the flat at the move in was in a VERY BAD conditions - NOT CLEAN, NOT ALL LIGHTS WORKING ETC..) they get back to you without even trying to find the best solution for you but just saying that landlord agreed on an amount (a huge one) and that 's it, quoting a cleaning for 180£ which is ridiculous and I could go on and on and on. They will hear back from me because it's unacceptable their unprofessional behaviour, the role of an agency is to be an intermediate between landlord and tenant but they don't do anything, they are useless. They blame landlords for any kind of decision, I would stay away from them both as a tenant and as a landlord.

GoogleI have been a long time customer with both the lettings and sales teams. Both have been excellent, efficient and got the job done for me professionally every time I've called on their services. Very well placed in the Square Mile and are established Agents who know the local area well. My property sale was finalised by an excellent no-nonsense focused sales manager (Adam Salem) who knew his trade well. Highly recommend.

GoogleThe team at Atkinson McLeod are one of the best I've worked with. Both the sales and lettings teams are professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable of their local market. In particular, Adam Salem from the sales team needs to be praised. When I started talking to Adam about the sale of a property he was honest, transparent and spot on with his advice and recommendations. Always respectful and never pushy, he kept me up to speed and fully aware of key updates - be it during the day, evening or weekend. And when obstacles or questions arose, I had complete confidence for them being resolved quickly and positively when Adam said he would handle it. I can't recommend Adam and Atkinson McLeod highly enough!
