GoogleAVOID THESE PEOPLE IF THEY'RE SELLING YOUR DREAM HOUSE! They are deceitful, incompetent and negligent. They failed to do the move out audit on our property and instead of owning up and playing fair they just ignored us and held onto our £2000 deposit for over 3 months. Eventually we were able to get it back from the Dispute Resolution service, whom they also ignored. All it took was 5 visits to the business, 20 emails, and 15 unreturned phone calls. They lied to us, saying they were waiting for the landlord to respond and then flat out ignored us. Appalling conduct and I will be raising a formal complaint with the industry regulator. I have attached a photo documenting the sheer level of poor behaviour by this company. AVOID THESE FOOLS!

GoogleAs a tenant of a property managed by this agency, I am appalled at their service. We are self-sufficient tenants (low maintenance) however every instance of requiring basic assistance (for new keys, or for a leak to be fixed) has taken several months for the query or issue to be resolved (or even responded to).

GoogleGreat experience in dealing with this agency. My agent Vilmis and the letting coordinator Sammi were extremely helpful and efficient dealing with my situation. They are both really competent and reactive which was really reassuring for a first real rental experience in the UK. It lead to a very quick process and I'm very happy with the overall experience.
