GoogleSadly, despite a few pleasant letting agents at Aspire Clapham, I would not recommend this agency to tenants looking to rent a flat in London. The building where I rented was very poorly maintained (mould, mice, leaks), despite an extortionate rent and consistently poor support from the agency. One agent in particular was extremely rude and dismissive, and frankly should not be working in a role that requires basic professionalism, respect, and human decency towards clients who are paying for a service. After this disastrous experience, I am actively telling everyone I know who is looking for a flat in London or moving to London to avoid this agency at all costs.

GoogleI recently had the opportunity to see Mike working with his clients and I was genuinely impressed by his approach to estate agency. What struck me most was how much he genuinely cares about his buyers and sellers. This isn't someone going through the motions or just chasing fees - he's absolutely focused on helping people move into their dream homes. The personal attention he gives to each client and property is exceptional. Mike's hands-on approach and honest, straightforward communication style sets him apart. He's knowledgeable, dedicated, and clearly passionate about what he does. It's refreshing to see someone in this industry who truly values relationships and outcomes over quick transactions. If you're looking for an estate agent in the Newport or Cardiff area who will genuinely have your best interests at heart, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike. He's the real deal.

GoogleAs a first-time buyer, it was a dream to work with Isla who was excellent throughout the entire process. She was consistently personable, responsive and proactive, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Isla kept me well informed at every stage, kept on top of the chain, chased when needed, and was always happy to explain things clearly. Being able to get in touch with her almost always immediately was really reassuring and she was positive whilst also being realistic! Would recommend Alexander Seymour, and particularly Isla, to anyone - clearly experts in the area, providing a top-class service.

Chelsea was readily available, friendly, quick to answer my questions and chase the sellers solicitors to facilitate the completion process. Chelsea helped me in my property search finding places which matched my specific criteria and budget. As a first time buyer Chelsea helped me navigate the offering and completion processes immensely.
