Agents keep hanging up the phone, screening my calls, avoiding me or leaving me with vague and unclear reasons as to I am being refused a viewing. I then discovered that they are trying to avoid me because I have a dog. Basic level of respect is all I asked for. The second I posted a registry I got a message and a call from the agent yet again, with an excuse that they still don’t have access to the flat. Instead of lying just be honest. Based on this experience I do not recommend.

The lettings team at Aspire Balham; Jess, Marie & Johnny, were incredibly efficient in all aspects of letting our Balham flat. Jess was particularly welcoming, helpful & supportive. They organised viewings which resulted in a good choice of prospective tenants. They also arranged for a thorough inventory and incredible professional cleaners, which meant that the flat was in great shape for our new tenants. We are using Aspire to manage the property knowing that they will do a fantastic job, giving peace of mind to us, as landlords and to our tenants.

From viewing a few different properties with Aspire to moving into my new flat over the weekend I have so far been incredibly impressed. Communication is strong and Roxy, in particular, has gone above and beyond to make the whole process as easy for me as possible. As with moving into any property there will be hiccups, however the way Roxy and Paris have dealt with these have portrayed the professionalism of Aspire. The move in process has been incredibly thorough which has made the process very smooth. Highly recommended and look forward to renting from Aspire now and in the future.

After a poor 5 month experience with a different Estate Agents in Balham, it was a breathe of fresh air making the decision to list with Mat and the team at Aspire instead. I highly recommend Mat Berna from Aspire, Balham. Amazing service, above and beyond! We moved to Australia and he helped us sell our house in Streatham. We had loads of issues, a house sale is very difficult to manage from thousands of miles away, Mat was supportive and helpful, nearly every day for months! We had tenants that over stayed causing the sale to fall through, complicated buyers and a series of unfortunate events, Mat was amazing and supportive. He stuck with us through and through, excellent communication (even to Australia) with all parties and tenacity throughout the whole process. No one ever loves paying an agent their commission but Mat earned every penny, and huge respect from us. Thank you Mat, you kept us hopeful and sane, we got there in the end!

I had a very good experience with the sales team at Aspire, all of whom were friendly and extremely helpful without any of the hard sales push so often found in the property market. It was a very pleasant change - and certainly no less effective for that. Jess was my principal contact during my selling 'journey' and was approachable, informative and supportive throughout. I particulary appreciated her friendly and rational stewardship, conducted with equanimity throughout, and her willingness to go the extra mile. The property I moved out of was taken over by Aspire, specifically Chelsea and as with moving out it’s sometimes takes abit of time to update your addresses etc. Chelsea has been nothing short of amazing helping keep the post and arranging suitable times to collect these. Her great communication and speed replies has really helped ensure that I haven’t missed any post and was able to collect any packages as well!
