I had the pleasure of being shown some beautiful flats in Fulham with the lovely Katie, who understood exactly what I was looking for and just really got it (which took a lot of stress out of my search) and matched me with some really great properties! Unfortunately the flat I had my eye on went under offer by another buyer, but Katie was really great throughout the whole experience - she was so lovely and explained everything in an easy to understand manner, she held my hand throughout and even came back to me out of hours, which I greatly appreciated. I shall continue to work with Katie to find my perfect home in the Fulham area, hopefully very soon!

Really terrible experience with a female agent today. She was aggressive on the phone and demanded to know my mortgage in principle. I told her several times that I was at work and she continued to talk over me. My mortgage approval amount was actually greater than the property I enquired about but as the conversation was so unamicable, I decided against this estate agency. Big pity and I hope they can learn to be kinder when dealing with potential customers.

Hello, I had a very happy and successful experience with Rebecca from Aspire in Wandsworth Bridge Rd! I had been looking for a flat to downsize to from a house in Parsons Green. I had been looking for about a year and not seen anything that was suitable for me, and was ready to start renting for a time being! Then, I saw a flat in Aspire’s web page which prompted me to give them a call. Unfortunately, that particular flat was already under offer, but Rebecca immediately suggested that I should view and other one round the corner, which had just come to the market, wasn’t even on the web site yet! So that is what I did, and ended up making an offer almost immediately! I am now happy owner of that flat, thanks to Rebecca! I must also say, how very helpful Enna-May was, answering all my questions regarding the flat and offering her support! They are good listeners and very good at keeping in touch during the sale process! I would highly recommend them! Many thanks for all your help!
