I cannot recommend Louis from Aspire in Clapham more highly. From our first viewing throughout the whole purchase process, he went above and beyond to help us progress a very stressful purchase process. He really was on the ball, helping every step of the way and actively helped force the lawyers to get on with it when clearly they weren't! Estate agents can get a bad rap but Louis could not have done more or been nicer or helped more if he tried - thank you so much for a truly excellent service.

We found our new flat with Johnny and we can't thank him and the Aspire team enough. Johnny was so approachable and thoughtful, whilst also incredibly professional and attentive. I can imagine how we all must be once offers are accepted and have a million questions - I think I called about ten times in the first week but it was never an issue for Johnny. Not to mention the plethora of clients and viewings he would have had, names to remember etc, he always made us feel like we were first thought. Aspire made the experience so easy to navigate, paperwork wasn't scary, questions were answered quickly and follow ups were genuine. I would recommend Aspire for anyone looking at dipping into the rental market, it's a beast but Johnny makes it a breeze!

I recently purchased a house with Amelia from Aspire and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. Throughout all stages of the process, Amelia was diligent, kind, helpful and knowledgable - going above and beyond to make sure that the purchase remained on track. Throughout buying the flat, Amelia was constantly on the phone, communicating between myself, the seller, and both of our solicitors to keep nudging the process along. As a first-time buyer I had no experience of how complicated the buying process can be, but Amelia kept me informed of all developments and was there to explain things and next steps. When frustrated with my solicitors, Amelia was there to vent to but also to reassure that everything would eventually go through (keeping me mentally sane in the meantime!). 10/10.

We found a lovely flat through Aspire with the help of our lettings negotiator Olivia. From start to finish the process has been super smooth and Olivia has been incredibly helpful, even showing us the flat a second time after we signed our tenancy agreement so we could measure some of the spaces out. I recently purchased a house through the Aspire estate agents on Clapham high Street. Amelia was the aspire agent who sold the property to me and she was excellent. She was diligent and very professional. She dealt with queries in a timely manner and helped move the sale along. However, on a few occasions I had to deal with the branch manager. He was very aggressive. Overall as a result with the interaction with the manager I wouldn’t recommend aspire.

I cannot speak to their dealings with locals, but as an international buyer, I sincerely regret ever encountering this establishment. I purchased a flat that was previously managed by this branch, and upon moving in, I discovered numerous issues, many of which had been reported before the sale but were left unaddressed: Underfloor heating pump, broken Gas boiler, not working Shower/bath tap, broken Kitchen extractor fan, broken Air ventilation system, non-functional Bedroom wardrobe, missing a sliding door Living room blinds, broken Toilet flush, broken Walls, cracks and exposed nails at the entrance and living room Cleanliness, superficial at best, with just a quick spray and mop Despite having a management agreement with the previous landlord, this branch completely failed in its duty to ensure the apartment was returned in its original condition. Their service is incompetent, unprofessional, and dismissive. The management team is opinionated, manipulative, and arrogant, preferring to shift blame rather than resolve issues, which is, ironically, what they are paid to do. If you are an international or EU buyer/investor, I strongly advise against dealing with this agency. The service quality is far below European standards and offers no value for money. For your own peace of mind, stay away.
