Each time Katie addressed these issues and found ways around them. All with a lot of guidance, honesty, patience, empathy, support, and a genuine interest in working in my best interests. After securing the sale agreed, Katie constantly kept in touch with me, my solicitors, the buyers solicitors and the agent for my purchase making sure the sale progressed as quickly and smoothly as possible.
I only ever dealt with Katie who knew exactly the situation at any time. All my calls, emails and messages were answered immediately.
I would highly recommend Katie - her expertise, knowledge and guidance were essential in agreeing and completing my sale.

Katie was very informative when showing us around the property, unfortunately did not get the property. Katie rang later to say that Whitlow came back on market, would we be interested in purchasing the same property. Katie was very good in answering all of our questions, giving her time so that we could revisit the property. We finally purchased the property, Katie gave us an excellent service, a smooth exchange and quick.
Katie also provided after sales service by ringing to enquire if we were happy and everything went smoothly.

There was miscommunication over parking from the start, followed by bathroom and leak issues from January through to June that required repeated chasing and repair attempts. The situation was very stressful to live with, and the only compensation offered was £30 for poor communication. I would not rent through them again.
