As a client of Aspire, both as a landlord of a rental property and then as a seller of the property, my experience has been very positive. On the lettings side, Aspire’s property managers delivered a great service, they were responsive and dealt with matters in a timely manner. The tenants they found for the property looked after it well. They took a lot off my plate and made the process as stress free as possible. On the sales side, Katie and Eliza were excellent. From providing realistic and sensible advice at the start, to ensuring the property was well presented, to finding buyers, and then helping encourage things along. They were patient and persistent, even going above and beyond from helping manage access for tradespeople as I was in Scotland, to even putting the heating on during a cold snap to keep the property in good order. At Aspire, they work hard to build strong relationships with their clients, you feel like they truly care about your experience and getting the best deal for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

My two flat mates and I have paid the holding deposit for one of the properties under Aspire Fulham properties, they are using the system Goodlord which is highly problematic and stoped to work for me and and one other flatmate, after asking the agency to help us reset it we were left with no message back for 2 days. Additionally the contract had my name spelled wrongly as well as the phone numbers of the other flatmates, which also took the agency 3 days to change. After 10 days of waiting to hear back from them we just got the response that we were let go. If you want to pay the holding deposit just to wait to hear back from them for 2 days and then for the agreement not to work out this agency is perfect for that.

Really poor service by the Fulham branch. Was selling my flat and provided false and misleading information by the Sales Agents, Eliza and Katie Quartermine, which led to the buyers withdrawing. I have now logged a complaint and hopefully will get some resolution. I know the market is weaker but come on guys! Maintain some integrity!

After 2 weeks, jumping through every hoop it was put in front of us they have made my life a hell. Every-time we were ask to provide any requested details, references, proofs of income etc we did so and every-time we did we were asked for more which was not specified before... it seemed like they were throwing logs under our legs all the time Everything was meant to be set every time, and every-time we thought its over it wasn't, goodlord references, then guarantor then further changes in the contract....at all times we were made to believe it is all sorted and we need to fix a small glitch which was created "not by them, but by landlord or goodlord" at the end of the day they have messed up the process and landlord pulled the offer wasting 2 weeks of my life and leaving me hanging with booked removal services and internet engineer etcThank you Jacqueline...

Finding a flat usually generate a bit of headache, but this time everything went smoothly: I step into my new flat quickly and without stress. I have been working with Kit for over a year now and find that he will go the extra mile to help get transactions over the line, be it by chasing the parties on either side of the transaction or assisting to obtain something that is outstanding from a third party. My experience of working with Kit is that he is very approachable and has his clients best interests at heart. I have always found that Aspire maintain a high level of service and professionalism throughout the transactions that I have acted in relation to.
