GoogleAgents keep hanging up the phone, screening my calls, avoiding me or leaving me with vague and unclear reasons as to I am being refused a viewing. I then discovered that they are trying to avoid me because I have a dog. Basic level of respect is all I asked for. The second I posted a registry I got a message and a call from the agent yet again, with an excuse that they still don’t have access to the flat. Instead of lying just be honest. Based on this experience I do not recommend.

GoogleHello, I had a very happy and successful experience with Rebecca from Aspire in Wandsworth Bridge Rd! I had been looking for a flat to downsize to from a house in Parsons Green. I had been looking for about a year and not seen anything that was suitable for me, and was ready to start renting for a time being! Then, I saw a flat in Aspire’s web page which prompted me to give them a call. Unfortunately, that particular flat was already under offer, but Rebecca immediately suggested that I should view and other one round the corner, which had just come to the market, wasn’t even on the web site yet! So that is what I did, and ended up making an offer almost immediately! I am now happy owner of that flat, thanks to Rebecca! I must also say, how very helpful Enna-May was, answering all my questions regarding the flat and offering her support! They are good listeners and very good at keeping in touch during the sale process! I would highly recommend them! Many thanks for all your help!

GoogleWe met Katie Davies when she was handling the sale of the house we now live in. She struck us as friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic at that first viewing. But she went well beyond that during the following months by continuing to liaise with all parties to the sale and provide information and updates at a time when we felt very in the dark. She takes her work seriously and has a very professional approach whilst remaining approachable and reassuring. Needless to say we were very impressed and wish Katie well in her career.
