Really happy with my experience with Aspire. I needed to sell my flat quickly as I fell in love with another that Aspire was selling, the team, particularly Zoe Hermes, were extremely committed to finding me a buyer and always felt very responsive, helpful and personable. Sold a few houses but never again will I sell with Aspire. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Cash the guy that comes out to sell your house tells you all you want to hear apart from the fact your tied in for 20 weeks and then lies about his told you. Lies to people wanting to see your property, drops the house price within a few weeks being in the market because they lied about people they have wanting to look at property. No one from the office EVER calls you back, no feed back from house viewings, rude emails. Disgusted with the service and if I don’t sell with this company I’d be glad not to give them the fee. Worst estate agents and I’ve dealt with. Fuming. 😡

I hightly recommend Charlie Floyd, me as a total stranger to London, I struggled alot to find the right flat. With new job and overwelhming phone calls from many agent I couln't really pay attention to the list from any agent. Charlie sent me a following emails continously and arranged the vieiwng to know my taste. My offer wasn't accepted and I was getting desperate but he called me for viewing exclusively for the unit was about to be released to the market. Aspire is our go to agency now for non other reason but one Charlie Floyd! We met Charlie while trying to buy a home from abroad. Charlie took the time to understand our situation and went above and beyond to organise video calls, virtual tours, and help us understand the neighbourhood as we were in and out of the country relocating. He knows the market and this neighbourhood inside out and was a fantastic guide through the entire process. After we lost our first offer to a local buyer (in insight we're so glad we did), Charlie found us a much better property through a private sale.The house is within 5 mins walking distance from our kids' schools with a large southwest facing garden, it has everything we asked for and more. When an unexpected previous buyer came back half way through with a higher new offer, Charlie went out his way to negotiate with the seller a reasonable counter offer to secure our purchase and satisfied the seller. He also has great relationships with mortgage brokers and solicitors making the entire process seamless and easy. Professional, efficient, and responsive, Charlie is also honest and warm. You could tell he truly cares for his clients! We’ve met agents who just focus on the sales, and then there is Charlie who truly care about the people and what they want, and it matters especially when comes to finding a home not just a property. In the end, when the seller asked to change the closing date due to an injury, Charlie helped them move out personally so we could move in on time before the kids’ school started. My boys simply adore him! (no candy bribing involved) We couldn’t recommend Charlie enough. We found and got our house keys 2-months after we landed in London, all thanks to Charlie!

I chose Aspire Battersea to sell my house as I was so impressed by Michael's kind manner and professionalism. It was then a total bonus to meet Charlie, who conducted most of my viewings. Charlie really took the time to get to know my house and familiarise himself with the points I wanted to put across to buyers about specifications that I thought may differentiate my house from similar on the market. He was unfailingly polite, professional, nothing was too much trouble and a seriously good communicator. I always knew what was going on and he was incredibly responsive even outside of regular hours. He definitely went above and beyond to sell my property and all with amazingly good humour.
