GoogleAfter a year of tenancy with THW, I’ve found that they are far more than good first impressions, they work to very high standards. The agency is always available to help me with any queries while offering sound advice, and in the time I’ve been in the property they’ve taken several steps to improve their processes for repairs, etc. If I was at a complete 50/50 on two properties, and one was managed by THW, it could genuinely be the deciding factor for me.

GoogleVery happy to recommend their services. We requested to view property a few times after our offer was accepted due to workmen viewing what needing doing and on each occasion the estate agent was willing to arrange visits. I felt comfortable contacting the agent and received call back when promised.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house through THW and were extremely pleased with the service and support throughout the entire process. We are new to the area and were grateful to receive expert and friendly advice. The agent that we dealt with - Joanne Nelson - was fantastic. She was always very responsive and communicated very well. She was understanding, supportive, and overall, a top-class professional whilst also being very affable. Whenever Joanne wasn't immediately available her colleagues at THW were always very helpful too, and ensured that Joanne got back in touch. We thoroughly recommend working with THW. Whenever we are in a position to move house (which I hope isn't for a long time yet!) we wouldn't consider working with anyone else except THW!

GoogleIt's reassuring to have an agent that is close to the property we own who is considerate and trustworthy and is on hand for any requirements from myself or the tenant. Any required repairs/maintenance etc are dealt with in haste. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI was considering selling in 2023 and approached 3 agents for advice and quotation for services. TH&W were the most professional in their manner, and were the only business to provide ongoing supportive advice rather than push for agency. Circumstances changed and I didn't proceed to market however when circumstances changed again there was no question as to whose services I was going to use. I lived remotely and TH&W provided all the local service and kept me informed of progress throughout, bringing the sale to a quick satisfactory completion.

GoogleIncredible experience, would recommend. We were first time buyers and Lucas looked after us throughout the whole process. He was really helpful, great with communications - we always felt in the loop about everything that was happening, and overall made sure the process went really smoothly. GoogleThis is the second time we’ve used THW estate agents and solicitors and again the whole transaction ran smoothly from start to finish. GoogleReally needed a 6th or 7th star for some of the ratings. Had one or two 'hiccups' (all my doing), but the team went above and beyond to get me through the issues and find me the perfect place. Friendly and extremely helpful agents have made what could of been a nightmare into an easy move...now just need to find where to put everything
