I have been looking for a property for some while so have had the opportunity to visit many agents in this area. However, I was so very impressed with the service and attention to detail that I received when dealing with this office. Phone calls were returned promptly and if they said they were going to do something, it was done! My experience with sone of the other agents had been that I was constantly waiting for phone calls back or chasing up information. Special thanks to Andy who was especially helpful!

Rather than feeling like just another hassled sales target, Kit made sure that I was fully informed and he was happy to chat through my options openly and honestly. Although we eventually ended up renting a property from friends, we found Alastair to be very knowledgeable, professional and fast to respond to our emails and inquiries. We will certainly be coming back when we begin our search again next summer.

We had two main contacts at The Battersea branch; Gary and Mark. They were always available. The house was valued by Mark and then Gary brought in the potential buyers. Gary was wonderful especially once we were under offer and by coincidence this was when UK voted Brexit. He was always helpful and calm. We found the process quite stressful but he never found any query too much. From the day we had an offer, to the day we completed, we felt looked after and never on our own in the entire process and it was hard work, I honestly feel this was thanks to Gary.

GoogleMy wife and I have found the purchase of our house amazingly smooth with Balham Aspire. A great group of friendly, efficient and thorough people. From day one we felt trust and NO pressure and his is a rare experience for us with London estate agents, and thought the whole process this trust was validated and stood true. Quite simple they made what can be a stressful process very enjoyable and straight forward. I will very likely use hem again to sell, buy or let if this experience is anything to go by. Recently we have been fortunate enough to deal with James Giblin from the Wandsworth Bridge Road office. Having lived in Fulham for over 6 years, we have rented, sold and now bought through Aspire and each experience has been excellent. They know their market place like the back of their hand and this knowledge is incredibly valuable to us when looking and finding a buyer. I was thrilled with the service.

Hi Roxanna - sorry to hear that you seem to have had a bad experience. I would suggest you speak to Lorna or Justin at the Balham office who I am sure will be keen to understand the issues better and see what be done to resolve them.

GoogleAfter viewing a property, this agency told us that someone with a higher offer had taken it.A week later the property is still advertised at the same rate, and is still available. Essentially, they lied!
