GoogleI was just informed that cannot move in to the property agreed last minute just 5 days before I move in. We had booked the property almost 2 months in advance. We had them calling us almost everyday for references that was sent to them. Lack of costumer service and finding a solution. I would not recomemder them . Make sure sure that everything is ok before you ended up like me looking for a new house last minute and paying extra money.

GoogleAfter 3 emails and a lot of calls they decided to fix the leak too late, then we found mites! in all our clothes. More the 300 pounds spent in dry cleaners that they refuse to pay.
Finally we moved to a new flat with a different agency and Alex Neil (not the landlord) want to charge us 150 for a 'professional cleaning' that never existed.. New tenants found the flat in same conditions we left, no one cleaned, how can you charge a service that never happened??
By the way, there was just a key and we made a duplication (they said the landlord would pay for that). I left the receipt in their office but after one year they never paid it, asked for that and they lost it! so they didn´t want to pay the bloody 10 pounds.

Very disappointed with the way this agent has treated my case. Tenants, beware!
I have paid the holding deposit for the tenancy at 3 athol square, e3. Have sorted the reference documents out within a day and have failed referencing. Have paid £540. My tenancy was meant to start on the 2nd of may, I have failed referencing on the 21st of April (which is reasonable time for the agent to find a new tenant). The agent didn't even give me any T & C's for the holding deposit and agent Kamen told me that in case I fail the tenancy, there will be an opportunity to present with the guarantor. But it wasn't the case. I have offered more names on the tenancy, the guarantor, asked for alternative options (which any agency usually has, something like paying more deposit), but it was declined right away. It's not a fair practise to charge £540 just for referencing (the standard referencing price is up to £150 per person) and for 'putting the property back on the market'. Very unprofessional and unreasonable expense. Have taken them to Small Claims Court after a legal advice from my lawyer. Wouldn't use again.
