GoogleWe have used their services for our recent apartment in Bermondsey. The property management is fairly responsive and courteous. For example, they sent a plumber within a couple of days of informing them about a problem with our boiler. Props to the Property Management, for making my tenancy fairly smooth.

TrustpilotALEX NEIL IS THE WORST COMPANY …
I regret ever using alex Neil as an estate agent to getting my first property. They don't provide urgent management including safety issue like the front is not closing for mantainace issues. Issues dealt with 31 days after the initial request date. Making the the time in the propert within the 31 days unbearable and inheritable and even very unsafe (risk of burglars). Of which I recently had two Intruders, police was contacted as a result. Some urgent issues still not rectified even after 31 days of initial request. These issues where even escalated to the director of alex Neil and still not rectified, the director also failed to provide any acknowledgement nor any form of apology for the delay. I would not recommend alex Neil estate agent Surrey quays.

Facebookvery bad service!!! I'm a tenant, after having paid the fee I was left in a endless maze of bureaucracy till the point I couldn't provide the document for my tenancy 15yrs back (in 24h). I didn't get my flat but they kept the money!!! make sure you DON'T go with these guys

FacebookI am a landlord who started off on the right foot with this estate agent in 2011 for helping me let out my property. I was fairly naive in picking up on the capabilities of their employees and found out the hard way. I had my tenants report that the tenancy fees on the website vs. the amount quoted in person was different and this was flagged to the estate agents to be rectified when being badgered to pay the higher amount. I paid a fee for rent collection each year yet 50% of the time the rent was delayed coming into my account without any communication of why the delays occurred. Further to this, when I requested to stop paying rent collection fees the company worked very hard to maintain their cash flows by charging me the same fee for the tenancy renewal. Mr David Hatch can provide his excuses for maladministration as much as he wishes but in the end he will loose his customers. So one advice Mr Hatch, I recommend that you concentrate on retaining your clients and employ staff who can actually do their job! P.S. Thank you for filing a county court for the outstanding tenancy fees while you were 'investigating' my complaint - highly professional on your part! You will be hearing from me shortly.

GoogleGreat in terms of finding you the flat you need. There were times I didn't feel the urgency to get our heater fixed in the middle of the winter but in general it's a good agency with good property management.
