We have just exchanged contracts on a flat in East London. Whilst the conveyancing was complex, with quite a long chain above us, Georgia Naillard, the seller’s agent, was brilliant from start to finish. She was super responsive, kept us well informed and did a great job in helping to get us across the finishing line. A real professional and a genuine pleasure to deal with. Thank you Georgia.

Getting my first home with Alex Neil and my Sales Manager Maciej is very responsible and helpful through all the process. Always replying all the messages and emails and calls on time, making sure the sale is on track. The only suggestion I will have is to colloborate with a conveyancer who works as efficiently as himself does.

Alex Neil were brilliant at selling our property. From the very beginning they've been honest , professional and reassuring. Our sale was pretty complicated but Georgia didn't shy away from getting involved whenever she needed to, to ensure the process kept moving along and was always on hand to have a chat, and respond to particular needs. Her knowledge about the market is excellent and she's exactly the kind of estate agent you want - tough when needed but very personable and goes out of her way to build professional relationships and pass on her knowledge.
