GoogleWe had been warned about how long and difficult buy a property could be, and ours certainly had many, many challenges. Rebecca was our saving grace! She brought warmth, professionalism, and genuine friendliness to an otherwise cold and stressful experience. Rebecca was always polite and approachable, and her communication helped keep things moving through many delays and obstacles. GoogleAlex Neil are the best agents. I just confirm exchange date . Rebecca D. was really helpful and supportive during the process. When I have a problem, she is very patient to solve it for me. Rebecca was able to bridge between both buyer/seller solicitors. She is really, really a good one.I really appreciate her.

GoogleAlex Neil are the best estate agents in town. I just got the keys to my new home, Rebecca D. was really helpful and supportive during the process. I had issues getting updates and feedback from my solicitors and Rebecca was able to bridge between both buyer/seller solicitors. Can't thank her enough for the work achieved on the property purchase. I highly recommend them!

GoogleThe sales agent Augusta Chertita, lied about the details of the property and her attention to detail is so bad she spelt my name wrong every time she emailed me. Augusta and Georgia Nailard, lied on multiple occasions over email. Wasted my time and more importantly my money. Lost £1,300 in legal fees, thankfully the property sales fell through and I didn’t end up thousands out of pocket.

GoogleI called Alex Neil Estate Agents to inquire about renting a shop, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The person who answered the call sounded angry and upset, making the conversation uncomfortable. I simply asked for an email address, but instead of assisting me, I was met with unhelpful and unprofessional behavior. As a potential customer, I expected better service and basic courtesy. I hope the team improves their customer service to provide a more welcoming experience in the future.
