GoogleThey need serious training in customer service. I list my requirements to them yet I keep getting spammed by emails and text messages, by multiple members of staff, with properties out of my range and in areas I would not like to live in. I also stressed to them my preferred method of contact through email but no one writes back to me and they continue to call during work hours. Unless they improve, I will not continue with them. EDIT: One of their reps reached out to me to try and remedy the situation after spotting my negative review. I will give them another chance and improve my rating. However, if the same issues are experienced again then my score will decrease.

On deciding it was time to downsize, I got 3 valuations and felt that Matteo was by far the most knowledgable when it came to my house and the local market, and he provided me with a valuation that I felt was absolutely accurate. I recently put my Property on the market with Alex Neil estate agents. This was my first time instructing an estate agents so I was extremely hesitant to begin with and did not know what to expect. I can honestly say Alex Neil have a fantastic team and made my first renting experience a pleasure. From the valuation stage, to viewings all the way to finding me a tenants.
