She was extremely patient with all the questions we had as first time buyers, responded quickly and helpfully to emails, and was really helpful in facilitating communications between us and the vendors. Lisa knows the Beckenham area really well, and was able to advise us on the neighbourhood and suggest parts of it to visit.

The whole team at ADM have been great. They pulled all the stops out to get our flat sold in record time after our first buyer pulled out. Lisa is great and knows her stuff. She got the new sale through and we are so grateful to her, not only for her work but also her friendly and approachable nature. We dealt with a couple of other agencies before using ADM. We really should have went straight for Lisa and the team as other estate agencies are amateurs in comparison.
