The sales team at ADM were simply outstanding. After many months of trying to sell I turned to ADM and they got me two offers in two weeks. I was based in Australia which could have made the process really tricky however the team at ADM made it so so easy, with regular updates, great advice and customer service going that extra mile with helping me being so far away. Probably the best customer service I have seen in years, extremely proactive in finding buyers not just waiting for buyers, doing what they say they will and communicating when they say they will - I can’t recommend Teresa, Petrena and the team highly enough. Alan De Maid, Bromley Branch, is by far the best estate agent we’ve ever used. They made it possible for us to buy our last house and were behind us all the way during our last sale. Teresa, the branch manager, was wonderful and very supportive through a very difficult process and it really would not have been possible for everything to go through without their help. Ironically, Alan De Maid charge a lower fee than a lot of the other larger agents, yet they provide a much better service. Their valuations are always realistic and their communication is terrific. I really could not recommend them highly enough.
