Due to a previous bad experience, a decade ago, I was reticent to use Alan de Maid, however this time around the experience has been totally different. Two areas they excel in, are getting things done, and communication. It took a while to sell the property, but their suggestions were always wise and backed by experience. During the sale / purchase process they've kept me regularly updated, and answer calls / emails really quickly. All of the team are excellent, but Hannah deserves special praise for her support.

I have been lied and taken advantage from Alan De Maid Bromley. Lies about my evidence of payment and left us down even after bank references. Also lied right in my face and robbed of our holding deposit. I have never had such a bad experience and wish nobody finds themselves in my position. Looks like taking advantage of tenants is their best job.
