Facebookadvised we did not give notice to leave a property even after following their own goodlord login process to say we were acting the property. when disputing this with them they hung up on me and insist a further month of rent is due.

FacebookFrom start to finish their service has been exceptional. Erica Hinwood, Simon Bishop and Sean Richards have all been very helpful, but special mention must be made of Hannah Sheppard who processed the sale to completion.
I came in a skeptic, but with the price point of $1,500 I made a profit of $19,350. Right from the beginning and throughout the whole process of our purchase she was always the one to provide regular updates, chase everyone when needed and her assistance in our purchase has been immeasurable! Without her involvement I doubt we would be completing when we are, as she was the one constantly pushing everything along, which has been a massive help in the process! I would highly recommend hers and Nicol & Co’s services to anyone!

Everyone we have dealt with, either over the phone or in the office has been pleasant, courteous and efficient. A special mention must go to Leanne Fletcher. She has been consistently professional and reliable throughout the process of selling our property whilst maintaining a friendly and approachable manner. She kept us regularly informed and updated by phone and email. She was very effective in dealing with everyone in the chain and was particularly proactive in communicating with all the other professional agencies involved.

Leanne then handled the sales progression and was a real credit to the firm. Leanne always answered calls and emails promptly and put up with my endless questions. She also gave me all the updates I needed on what was quite a difficult chain! Overall a great experience - highly recommend this Estate Agency.

The Trusted AgentAwful customer service
As potential buyers for a house that Nicol & Co showed us around we found their service from start to finish dreadful. From the phone call I made to book the appointment which nearly put me off going, to the rushed and unorganised viewing, to being put on the spot in front of the vendor to give feedback, to the follow up phone call where even after telling them the viewing wasn’t good I didn’t get an apology. In all the other dealings we’ve had with estate agents, we’ve been really happy with the phone calls and viewings.

GoogleJust bought our first home through Nicol and Co Worcester. The staff there have been great. Dominique did our first viewing and put our offer to the vendors. She was fantastic. Leanne managed the sales process and was equally fantastic, ensuring we were kept up to date throughout. Upon completion we also received a gorgeous hamper bursting with useful and thoughtful things to eat and clean with; we went straight to the property so this was invaluable (especially toilet roll and kitchen towel!). All in all a great service highly recommended.

Moving abroad with the family can be intimidating, and finding the right home can be a daunting task but the guidance received from Dominique assisted us in finding just the right place. She was always willing to go "above and beyond" to ensure that we were settled and found the right home. I would strongly recommend Nicol and Co to anyone looking for a home in Worcester.

GoogleWe were thinking of going with purple bricks and saving ourselves the money. But so glad we didn't. They made it so much less stressful and were really helpful and supportive. The staff are down to earth and you feel like they trying their absolute best to help you. They are worth the extra money. Not only do they sell you house but they really help move things along. Without Leanne I think we may still be trying to move forward with everything. Big thankyou to the whole worcester team.
