Following an comprehensive introduction on what we required when we visited the office for sales we met Nick where we booked a number of viewings. Nicol and Co are fantastic in everyway and provide an extremely friendly, professional service. I was kept up to date with up and coming properties that fitted what I was after and viewings were always prompt, and extremely informative, sadly other estate agents did not come anywhere near the high standards that I recieved from Nicol and Co its a shame they cant look after every house on the market! Staff at Nicol and Co were fantastic both on the phone and in person and inparticular I cant recommend Jo Black highly enough, nothing was too much trouble.
