Everyone at Nicol & Co were fantastic throughout the entire process of selling our home, from Paul and the team in sales to Leanne in chasing the solicitors and helping to meet the planned move date. We were kept updated regularly, and the team acted quickly to find a new buyer when the original buyer pulled out, and then thanks to Leanne's hard work we still managed to move before the end of October as originally planned. We sold our property through Nicol & Co and were very satisfied with the service. We sold in 6 weeks and completed in 12 - the communication and feedback throughout the process was really good. We also did most of our searching for a new property with Nicol & Co and definitely found them much better to deal with than the majority of their competitors - they only suggested relevant properties and didn't try to hard sell or 'spam' us with any and every property on their books like some agents do.
