Our house was listed for the right price. The photos were excellent and we found a buyer within a week and achieved 99% of the asking price. I cannot speak to highly of my experience with Nicol and Co.. I have dealt with many estate agents with not always a pleasurable experience. Regarding this sale prompted by my mother’s death, I was feeling very anxious and really dreading the process. From the time their sales negotiator Dominique walked through the door I felt confident. She suggested and advised on the look of the house for selling, which I took note of and organised. Also a realistic selling price instead of appealing to the buyers greed. Throughout the process the team kept me updated without any calls on my part wondering what was going on. I want to thank all the team for their professional approach and help and I would not hesitate to recommend Nicol and Co to any future clients.

Having had a positive and efficient experience when buying my house through Nicol and co it was an easy decision to choose them when I decided to sell 2 years later. Leanne has not only been efficient and seen me to the end of a positive sale, but also been patient and kept me calm when needed along the way. I was kept updated through each phase, Nicol and Co helped me negotiate the sale of the property and I felt they always had my bets interests in mind. Dominique's enthusiasm and passion about her work made her shine above the other estate agents we asked to value the property and discuss the service they would offer. We found all of the staff to be extremely professional, and they were always very polite and friendly, during any dealings we had with them. We chose Nicol & Co because of Nathans (Jackman-Smith) dedication to our home prior to it going on the market. He was very proactive in finding potential buyers and gave honest and concise feedback. Further credit needs to go to Jo and Tom. We would have awarded 5 stars had we not discovered that another member of the team was not fully knowledgable whilst showing our home.
