Until now I've always found estate agents to be pretty much the same, lots of optimistic promises while pitching for the business, then pretty indifferent performance once I was hooked in. Nicol and Co are different, that initial bright start stayed right the way through the process, from contracting, to preparing the sales collateral, to viewings, to managing the buyers' offers and to sale progression. The whole team were great, but I'll specifically name check Tom for getting us onto the market so effectively in difficult times just after peak-covid, and Leanne for coordinating and driving the sale through to completion so effectively when, to be candid, solicitors sometimes seemed to have no sense of urgency or inclination to communicate at all. I've ticked "Good Value", while Nicol and Co probably aren't the cheapest estate agent in Worcester the quality of the service more than compensates, and why would I risk skimping on a budget estate agent when selling what is probably my most valuable asset?

We found Tom from Nicol and Co. very professional and helpful, as well as being responsive to our emails and understanding of us being shift workers - he also managed to get our property sold within a couple of weeks of being on the market! Full of good ideas and suggestions as to how to make the property more sellable. Once our property was sold, we found Nicol and Co to still continue being helpful in giving us regular updates from our buyer's solicitors, as well as updates from the chain. All very friendly and approachable, and happy to explain everything to first time sellers! Would highly recommend and, if needed, will definitely be using them again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and responsive and go the extra mile from Zoe coming in on her day off to show us round to Leanne who rang us every week with an update and was proactive in getting responses from all involved. I’ll start by saying my experience with estate agents have been dire, so when my husband and I started the process of looking for a new property it wasn’t something we were very excited for. Fast forward to contacting Nicol & Co, I was put in touch with a very friendly lady, Jasmine. When we hang up I thought to myself that was really refreshing, I wasn’t asked “what’s our position?” Or “do you have proof of funds?”.Instead I was asked what were we looking for, what areas were of interest and how she could help.Jasmine then made me aware of other properties she had on her books that matched our needs and if it was something we were interested in, she could book a viewing for those too. Not knowing Worcester, having someone so enthusiastic and willing to help, with the customer service of an angel I was so excited to finally have a positive experience.We have found our dream property, purely because of Jasmine and we couldn’t be more thankful. I’ve had very little to deal with the other team, but one thing I can say is that the phone is always answered without having to wait and by someone friendly, who is always able to answer my question or come back to me promptly with the answer.
