Julie in the new land and homes department has been awesome - responsive, helpful, friendly and accommodating. From seeing the Nicol add on Facebook for the house, to calling Julie to view a property and having an offer accepted on a house took me all of 7 days. Top class service that lived up to company's great reputation. 5*

I cannot speak to highly of my experience with Nicol and Co.. I have dealt with many estate agents with not always a pleasurable experience. Regarding this sale prompted by my mother’s death, I was feeling very anxious and really dreading the process. From the time their sales negotiator Dominique walked through the door I felt confident. She suggested and advised on the look of the house for selling, which I took note of and organised. Also a realistic selling price instead of appealing to the buyers greed. Throughout the process the team kept me updated without any calls on my part wondering what was going on. I want to thank all the team for their professional approach and help and I would not hesitate to recommend Nicol and Co to any future clients.

GoogleAlex Bennett from Nicol & Co. showed us a house in Worcester and although we didn't end up purchasing the house, we had a really positive experience viewing the property. Alex answered all our questions and clearly had detailed knowledge of the property and the vendors. She made us feel at ease and wasn't trying to unduly influence our opinion of the house. We have no hesitation in recommending Alex, and Nicol & Co., based on our experience.

The Trusted AgentLettings: poor service, aggressive, defensive, never fix repairs
Rented a property through Nicol&Co and would not recommend this agent for lettings. Seemed very accommodating at first but once they've got your money, you can wave goodbye to a decent level of service from them. A couple of examples: a window was broken and they were more concerned about an potential insurance claim against them arising from broken glass falling on a passing pedestrian, rather than the fact the pedestrian might be scarred for life and seriously injured or even killed if broken glass falls on them. In fixing this, they gave the keys to my home to a sub-contractor of a sub-contractor, who was unknown to them and told him he could enter my home whether I was there or not. Long story short, he was an unsavoury character who entered my home when he thought I would be at out at work, despite my specific and repeated instructions not to do so. When I complained to Nicol&Co, they told me that I did not need to know when he would be letting himself in. They were very defensive and tried to justify their appalling contempt for tenant safety, security and peace of mind. Another example: I had a water leak in the bathroom which Nicol&Co made no effort to fix for literally a year and a half. When I later needed repairs to a broken light fitting in the bathroom and another water leak, Nicol&Co ignored these outstanding repairs for 6 months until I eventually withheld the rent in protest. True to form, the money-focused employees at Nicol&Co then suddenly gave it their attention, but not without sending me an email containing threats, lies and fabricated laws. This company claim they provide a high level of service to tenants, but this is laughable as they are a greedy lettings agent who are only interested in the money and treat their tenants with contempt, rudeness and dishonesty. I would recommend avoiding this agent if you are looking to rent a property in Worcestershire.
