We sold our property through Nicol & Co and were very satisfied with the service. We sold in 6 weeks and completed in 12 - the communication and feedback throughout the process was really good. We also did most of our searching for a new property with Nicol & Co and definitely found them much better to deal with than the majority of their competitors - they only suggested relevant properties and didn't try to hard sell or 'spam' us with any and every property on their books like some agents do. We dealt mainly with Tom who was really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Everything happened very quickly, as planned, and we were on sale on line in no time at all and getting viewings for our property. Once an offer was received, the buyer was validated and then the sale was progressed through to exchange of contracts. A good service from start to finish.

The service received from Nicol and Co has been exceptional. The staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. From viewings to completion they helped take the stress out of the process as they informed us in detail during every stage.
