GoogleReally disappointed with the service we have received from Nicol & Co. Initially found their customer service brilliant when I enquired about a house, but after being informed that this house was no longer an option, I explained that we are looking to buy and gave them the details of what we were looking for. We have heard nothing since.
Have seen a couple of houses come on to the market listed with Nicol & Co that could be suitable - including the initial house we were interested at a reduced price - but still have had no contact.

Like many people, I was looking to invest in the HMO / student let market before the recent stamp duty changes. I spoke to and used a couple of agents in Worcester but by far the most responsive was Nicol & Co.
