GoogleNicol and co were fantastic from start to finish. My house sold the first time within a few days but through no fault of their own fell through, and they had it back on the market and sold for a second time within a week. Leanne Fletcher was lovely throughout the whole process, extremely professional, kept everything moving and provided regular updates.

The whole process has been nothing but excellent. From the initial meeting, putting the listing together, to finding a buyer and communication thought out on any detail has been responded to promptly.

Even when things weren't going to plan (through no fault of theirs) they remained optimistic, focused and professional, maintaining contact to keep me updated on progress. She kept us up to date with regular phone calls (which is important when other sources are not so forthcoming with information), and helped chase up the seller solicitors to keep the purchase progressing and which helped us to complete on our anticipated date,

Juri kept me fully informed throughout the process and was pro-active in resolving all of the issues with the new tenant. Sam's advice at the start of the process particularly on rental levels, where she was braver than me, was spot on.

GoogleOddly enough I did not buy my property through Nicol...this time. This being said I would have preferred to. I was surprised at the different way they do things, much better than most (all the other agents I met with). Over the next couple of years I will be selling up to 3 properties and will happily use Nicol as my preferred agent.

It's been a tricky one, but Leanne has done everything possible to keep things running smoothly, and has delivered on every level. Leanne has been tirelessly proactive, calm and dedicated and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nichols for making a stressful time easier!
