GoogleI've dealt with Nicol and Co and specially Collette Paynton for 18 months and it has been a pleasure. Collette is polite, professional and consiencous. Fast response and always gets the work needed carried out. I've dealt with other agents who profess to be the market leaders, they are some distance from being the professional package Nicol and it's staff offer. Hopefully I won't need to rent from another agent.
