GoogleI have moved many times and used different estate agents, each more disappointing than the last. Nicoll and Co really are outstanding and unlike any other estate agent. From the first meeting and valuation all the way to completion, they kept us informed and updated. Coral is truly magnificent and worked really hard to achieve the dates we wanted. GoogleNicol and Co have been absolutely fantastic on our buying and selling journey so far. They are very easy to get in contact with and are very responsive. The service we have received has been of a very high standard. We have felt like extremely valued clients throughout the whole process so far. When putting our house up for sale with them, their provisions were of a great standard and quality, which we are positive only added to the successful and swift sale. We are also purchasing through them, luckily, and are just so happy with everything and have so much confidence with every aspect. We could not have wished for a more dedicated, professional, warm and driven team to be able to work with during what can sometimes be a very stressful process. I am a mother to a 1 year old toddler, and Nicol and Co have been both understand and accommodating with regards to our capacity and timings. I am pleased to say that selling and buying, whilst raising a toddler, has been such an enjoyable process with Nicol and Co. The level of stress I could have experienced has been made less due to their supportiveness and understanding. I would highly recommend them for anyone in any situation!

At a time where selling is stressful, in the first week Jo Black was acceptional in communication and made me feel that I was the priority. Through the sale process, Leanne Fletcher emailed me the progress of the legal activity daily which led to an extremely positive experience. GoogleOur purchase wasn’t the easiest to say the least, but Leanne Fletcher made it feel like it was the smoothest ever. Leanne made a conscious effort to communicate with us as frequent as we needed and always was the first to let us know of any updates. Now we’re are in our new home and the whole family love it!
