FacebookGreat service from Nicol &co . Special thanks to Leanne who was instrumental in pushing through the sale. It took 4 months to complete the sale on our empty flat mainly thanks to our conveyances Avrillo who were pretty useless. Communication was non existent. You had to book when you could call them and then they couldn’t take the call. If it wasn’t for Leanne who communicated with the vendors solicitor we would still be at it now!Nicol & co always professional and nothing to much trouble. Strongly recommend!

We had a few close calls in our chain when things could’ve fallen through, and I felt that Leanne fought harder than all the other professionals I dealt with. I heard more from her than my own estate agent and solicitor put together. Excellent service and if I ever need an estate agent in the future, I’ll be using Nicol & Co.

FacebookAt the beginning of the year my partner and I were considering putting our house up for sale - we did what everyone tells you not to and fell in love with another house before ours had even been put on screen!We called Nicol & Co and asked them to come round to carry out a valuation, within 24 hours Matt Bennett was on our door step ready to get the ball rolling. Less than a week later our house was on the market, online, with viewings booked in. Matt couldn't have been more helpful, he was honest about what would and wouldn't improve our chances for a quick sale - all of which was completely right! GoogleWe first met Dominique on Good Friday and we sold and bought a day and a half later, on Easter Sunday. What other estate agents are available to take calls on a bank holiday? none that I am aware of and this is why we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nicol & Co.
Leanne then took over and made the process as easy as possible. It was a little difficult towards the end which was out of their control but Leanne was always in contact with us throughout the whole process. Towards the end she pulled out all of the stops and made the chains preferred completion date a reality.
It was great work from the whole team at Nicol & Co. If you’re thinking of using them, to sell your house, or to buy a house through them, you will not be disappointed.

FacebookMy partner and I have had the worst experience with these Charlatans. They are dishonest, never reply back in time, do not do what they say. They are shoddy and a bloody joke! They forgot to mention before we moved in we couldn’t hang our washing out and we ended up being harassed and abused by other tenants for doing this. We asked for a Meter reading ASAP and still haven’t had one. And the list could go on. My family rent out two houses and if their agents were half as bad as these guys they’d have fired them already! The whole team who dealt with our rental at Powick Mills were useless! The lady who showed us around the house was fab and it stopped there! We Had to wait months for reply’s back and had to chase it up. Lights and fixtures were never changed as promised in the space of 7 Months! This is not even to mention that we were promised a week before we moved in the whole place would be completely cleaned and painted which it wasn’t so we had to ask and fight for that to be done which I believe was completed a day before. We heard such good things about Nicol and co but we have been totally let down. We had a customer care call, to which we told them all of this and nothing ever happened and no one ever came back to us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS EVEN OUR LANDLORD IS SELLING WITH ANOTHER AGENCY!

Facebook"Purchased a house in Malvern from a developer who was selling them through Nicol & Co. Initially they were ok but we had a problem with communication with the developer and the owner Matt Nichol said he would deal on our behalf. What followed was 3 months of shocking customer service, constant chasing and basically being fobbed off by Mr Nicol. When I informed Mr Nichol that I did not like being treated in this manner he disappeared never to be heard from again. The sale proceeded through o completion - largely in part to us doing all the chasing and leg work - something you would expect an estate agent to do! If you look through their previous reviews this company is fine when things are running smoothly - as soon as a problem is flagged up they go into melt-down. If the boss don't care how do you expect his staff to... Personally I think there are far better, more professional estate agents in Worcester!"

GoogleI have found the whole team at Nicole to be very professional. The marketing approach when compared to other agents is very thorough. Jo Black presented the initial sales pitch and she comes with a wealth of experience, coupled with sensitivity when selling a home. They understand the market and potential buyer profiles. They do their homework on the area and walk with you step by step throughout the process. Their fees are slightly higher than the other agents I interviewed but to be honest you get what you pay for and I m very happy with the service provided. Particularly Leanne Fletcher who kept me informed at every progress point. I recommend Nicole as being th leading estate agents in the Worcestershire area.
