I have just began renting my first property with Nicol & Co Letting Agency. I was able to view the property soon after I expressed my interest, and Henry was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had at the viewing, as well as resolving any concerns I had throughout the renting process. Additionally, Samantha managed to rectify a problem I had with my rent payment schedule, for which I am thankful. FIVE STARS. Selling isn’t easy these days and Estate Agents don’t always get a good name but I can only speak highly of the excellent service I’ve received from the Worcester Branch of Nicol & Co. I’m very glad I chose to go with them. From the outset I found everyone to be really professional, efficient, to work hard at selling my house and willing to listen to my own requirements and concerns. Dominique’s accurate, realistic, well placed valuation and her tips on how to present the house to it’s best advantage, got us off to a good start. The photo’s and online presence were excellent and updated regularly. The selling team are too many to name but they all worked really well together and kept going till they found the right buyer for me. Tom clinched the deal. Good follow up during the conveyancing is absolutely essential and Leanne is a master at the game, patient, diplomatic and persistent. There is also help on offer with completing the various Sellers’ enquiries forms and this speeds up the process. So, to sum up, I found the service to be personal, professional and tenacious. I found the team to be a pleasure to work with and I’m more than happy to recommend the Worcester office to other people. Thank you. 4/10/18

Dan Westwood showed us a property that had just come on the market and we hadn’t booked an appointment for. It just so happened to be the our first home, it was if he knew it would be ideal for us; showing us that Nicol & Co really want to help you in a purchase and are personable. He was not pushy at all and was friendly and open to all questions. This was nice to experience as often estate agents have been quite cold. Really happy with the service from start to finish. Tom Jackson dealt with the initial offer and acceptance in a very professional manner. Then Leanne Fletcher took over and was exceptional at keeping in contact. Nicol and Co were by far the most helpful estate agent we used and we used a lot! The team were very knowledgeable and gave us answers and information clearly and with great precision. Leanne Fletcher was incredible throughout the whole sale process which is an obviously stressful for time for most buyers and for us she made it calm and actually quite fun! We have been fortunate enough to have had previous experience of Nicol and Co Estate Agents when buying our house a couple of years back. They were the only agents that we were registered with that we genuinely felt were actually trying to find us the family home we were seeking. John Powel in particular was awesome and found us exactly what we were looking for and after a bit of a bidding war, we got the property we wanted in the location we were looking for. This time around I was selling a property and have enjoyed a similarly positive experience from start to finish. From the initial valuation and throughout the viewings, the advice and contact that was kept between myself and the agents at Nicol and Co was first class. Once a proceedable offer was accepted, I must make mention of Nicol and Co’s Sales Progressor Leanne Fletcher who kept in touch daily with me via email and phone call to keep me up to date with the progress of the sale. Without her tenacity and dedication very possibly making a nuisance of herself to the buyers solicitors, I do not expect we would have got the deal completed as swiftly as we did. The service provided by Nicol and Co was professional throughout. Dominique considered all of my family's needs when putting the house on the market. I was able to talk to her and the rest of the team throughout the selling process. And I am happy to say an offer was made and accepted within 24 hours of the property going live.
