Despite having an incredibly challenging and stressful chain, Leanne worked tirelessly to keep in touch with all parties and ensure we finally completed this month. All the staff in the Worcester office have been pleasant from start to finish and the hamper we were given along with our new keys was a lovely touch.

Leanne has been incredibly helpful to us throughout our sale chasing our purchase and just providing regular support and updates. It has not been easy at times and yet Leanne was great in helping us find solutions and liaising with other parties on our behalf. So glad to now have sold and exchanged and completed and will always be grateful for Leanne's sensitive handling of the situation.
