We welcome communication by phone initially, confirmation by email, and she has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. She attempts to resolve issues even though she doesn't have historic knowledge of our agent dealings.

GoogleI let my property through Charters They made mistake after mistake. I was paying them to manage the property, but I kept having to chase everything myself. They didn't pay invoices that they hadn't made me aware of and kept changing inventory companies and the incoming inventory wasn't compared with the outgoing. They didn't do the checks as required on time and staff could be rude on occasion. When I came to sell the house they promised me weekly updates which didn't happen and they showed people around it who weren't interested in it just to have viewings. When I went with another company, the staff were rude and dismissive in their attitude. Very unprofessional and slap dash in my experience. As a customer, I want to feel my property was in good hands. I never felt confident that was the case.
I am very sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction with the service received by both our sales and lettings teams. I can see that the tenancy at your property ended over 6 months ago and I have not been made aware of a complaint and the notes on our system seem to show a successful tenancy and your emails were polite and expressed gratitude for our service at the end. Your inventory check in and check out were undertaken by different companies because the original company stopped trading but the check out was of a very high quality which enabled you to make a successful claim for compensation against your tenant.
