GoogleWhat a team Gary, Sarah and Dylan make. After a couple of days they found us a tenant. Now that was quick! Gary gave some really good early advice before we purchased our rental property which was incredibly useful and Dylan and Sarah are great communicators and negotiators. We have been very happy with the service provided from the initial valuation through to the viewings and eventually the sale. Charters kept us up to date with weekly discussions about the process and status as well as timely feedback on viewings that had taken place.
