Massive thank you to Lily and Harrison

Very pleasant experience from start to finish! Lily was extremely friendly and professional throughout, she was able to answer all my questions as about the property and was just a lovely person. Harrison kept me well informed at the offer stage and once again very friendly, it seemed like it meant as much to him to give me the good news I had been accepted as it did to me. Very clear communication from everyone involved and couldn't recommend the team at Charters enough.

The Perfect Storme

The whole experience with Charters Park Gate has been nothing short of textbook. I initially contacted the team early in February and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Storme, who throughout the process, has been exceptional. From her initial visit, where she was the perfect mix of professional and personable, to her help and advice during negotiation, where she remained patient and reasonable, it was a real breath of fresh air. The photography that was taken of my home was fantastic; the team really took time and care to make sure that my home portrayed in the way it should be. Viewings were conducted in good time and around whatever time worked for my family and I. It really felt like the team took the time to learn the particulars about my home too, which gave me great confidence that anyone that came to see my home left with as few queries as possible. The result of the impeccable service I was treated too by Storme and also a special mention to Tilly, resulted in me selling my home within the 2 weeks of going on the market for a price that I am happy with. To Storme, Tilly and Jonathan, thank you. Should I ever need to, I will have no hesitation in using your services again.

It’s a great experience to have a viewing with Charters. I had a reservation today but unfortunately was cancelled since the property was taken before the viewing. Miss Ella helped me booked another viewing appointment and the property was quite a good choice for us so we decided to take over it. Ella is very professional and hardworking. Also the agent who took me for the viewing was also doing a great job.

Engaging with Cameron at Charters Estate Agents made the experience of purchasing a house positive and seamless. Cameron was very knowledgeable about the area, the house market and prices which helped as we are moving from a different part of the country. Excellent Service

Charters were our seller's agents, but were fantastic in keeping us and everyone in the chain updated and aligned even though others in the chain were often less than helpful. Jo Goddard in particular was fantastic in progressing our purchase and making sure all the "i"s were dotted and "t"s were crossed right up and down the chain. We wouldn't hesitate to use Charters for our next sale.

Amazing service from Storme at Park Gate office

Amazing service from Storme at Park Gate. From the beginning Storme was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and she always kept me informed of any progress. She also communicated with my tenant which was very helpful. They managed to sell my home within a couple of weeks and I am so grateful. Everyone I have spoken to from the office have been great, and we are also selling another home with the Romsey office and have had the same level of service there. Very impressed!

We’ve recently used Charters Parkgate for a sale and purchase. From initial contact they were polite and considered and have been diligent to find the right buyer for our property as well as taking the time to understand what we were looking for in our next home. The communication and support from the whole team has been personable and responsive and particular thanks to Tilly who has been a real delight to work with. I have used the Winchester branch of Charters Estate Agents. Oliver Purvis, Manager and his team, especially Alice Mackonochie, have made the sale of my late mother's house as straightforward and seemless as possible. They have been great at marketing and selling the house and have been extremely helpful at all times. Their communication has been excellent. Jo Goddard the sales communicator has contacted me every week to update me on how the sale has been progressing. She has been helpful and positive throughout. I am not local to the area, and needed to deal with everything long distance. The team at this estate agents have made everything straight forward and stress free. I would highly recommend them.

Best estate agent in Hampshire

Well what a journey, from being stalked by Jonathan to instructing them to be the agent what wasn't going to be an easy sell. I have sold a number of properties and been in contact with numerous agents (these were the third to be instructed) and by far the best. Their communication was extemporary, the agents well briefed and always complimentary on the house. But on the sell we were referred to Jo G, now I don't like to be shifted about because I had formed a relationship so this Jo to act as liaison I had no idea what she was about. The actual lead to the exchange become complex and frustrating with important professionals not communicating, however Jo sat in the middle and kept me calm she was brilliant! She was really committed with I think the latest calls to me after 7 on some Friday nights. I cannot fault the whole experience nor the team. Well done!
