The Trusted AgentTom's approach to finding me my next home is tireless. He is always keeping me up to date about existing properties and any new properties that are coming onto the market. He has arranged viewings at short notice and also suggested properties that I should go and view.

GoogleExcellent service, very professional and extremely helpful to deal with. Our house sold quickly and Charters got us the full asking price. Once we had sold we were passed over to Nony who was amazing to deal with and extremely organised. Cant recommend highly enough!

First class service from the moment went contacted Charters. Having lived in our property for more than 45 years, selling was quite a daunting experience. However, Charters professionalism, knowledge and over all kindness made the process not so traumatic. GoogleOf all of the Agents dealing with property in and around Winchester we found that Elle McCrindle was the most helpful in trying to find my wife and I a property to suit our requirements. Her help was particularly important because we live in Somerset, and don't have a good understanding of the market in the area. When we had travelled al over the area with no success I went to Charters' office in Winchester and talked our situation over with Elle, were we offering enough? - what were the best areas for us to look at? GoogleWe were desperately trying to find a rental in the Wiltshire / Hampshire borders and were lucky enough to attract the attention of Sarah Bainbridge at the Winchester office. She made several suggestions of properties both from her office and the Romsey outlet, followed up on our situation and was genuinely concerned about providing a friendly helpful service. We eventually found something, sadly not through Charters, but other agencies could learn from Sarah's helpful and professional approach. We are only renting until something to buy in the area we are looking becomes available, and Sarah offered to contact her colleagues dealing with sales to keep us in the loop.
