GoogleMy experience with Charters has been excellent. Rosie Mott handled all my viewings; she was responsive and on top of it all! She has been quick to understand my requirements and we have had clear and seamless communication throughout the process. Looking for a home from overseas is challenging and stressful, but Rosie really brought a lot of comfort to me by being so accessible at all times. I recommend her highly for anyone looking to let 👌

In this instance, I'd strongly recommend Charters Estate Agents in Winchester for their professionalism. Special mention for Rosie Mott and Gary for the level of customer service they have provided. Charters systems, processes and procedures ensures everything is covered off and as a landlord you don't need to keep chasing or seeking progress reports. Well done Charters.

We made the mistake of using SBK estate agents initially. Within 7 weeks we had 6 viewings however, the shining light was charters. We moved to them and had 6 viewings in just 10 days.
