Simon acted as mortgage adviser for our property purchase and has been simply fantastic. We had some difficulties with a lender and he worked extremely hard at chasing them on our behalf, whilst keeping us up to date throughout. Very friendly, professional and easy to work with, I would strongly recommend him.

Nony is a pretty special Estate Agent...but you don't need me to tell you that. Nony is a proper over-achiever....in a good way! Whatever you are paying her, it's not enough....but I don't think she would actually care because she is truly passionate about her work and it's a joy to behold.
Ha! Great review Simone - yes Nony is special and both she and we know that! As you say though, her passion is unrelenting and she gets the job done with complete customer satisfaction. Thanks so much.

GoogleI had been looking for a house for over a year. Charters have been fantastic and Nony knew exactly what type of house was for me and contacted me each time one came on sale. I ended up with a new built, and all the sales team has been extraordinary, extremely professional and thorough in everything. Nony, Fiona, Leanne. Concomitantly, I let the flat I was moving out of and the lettings team was and is very reliable. They quickly found a tenant and the whole of Charters, sales and lettings,worked together to make my move smooth. Charters have been incredibly friendly and supportive. The best service ever; I highly recommend them.

GoogleEden and the rest of the team at the Winchester branch are a total pleasure to deal with. They have made a relatively nerve wracking purchase process incredibly stress free! With really clear and empathetic feedback and prompt responses. All working together as a team made dealing with anyone in the office a breeze as they were all fully informed and across the purchase which again made my life so much easier! Added to that the incredibly caring and human approach Eden gave me when I had secured the sale was a massive cut above the service I’ve received in the past from any other estate agents. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

From first viewing to exchanging contracts, the whole team has been incredibly responsive, friendly and always professional in everything they’ve done. In particular, Peter and Stephanie have been so helpful and are always willing to go the extra mile to help get things done. GoogleSarah (and Gary) at Charters went several extra miles to find a rental property suitable for my family. This was made more complicated by having to find a property that could accommodate one of my sons who is in a wheelchair. Sarah worked tirelessly on the case , never gave up on the challenge and together we saw many houses and measured many bathrooms and doorways for fit with the wheelchair ! I would wholeheartedly recommend the Charters team for providing a truly bespoke, friendly and effective service.

GoogleI highly recommend the lettings team at Charters Estate Agents in Winchester, they have been managing my property for some time and the service has been outstanding. The team works very hard to market the property well and has kept me up to date regarding viewings and feedback. Communication is consistently excellent in general from all members of the team and everyone I have spoken to is always friendly and professional. Sarah in particular goes above and beyond to help out! Any and all minor issues that have arisen during tenancies have been swiftly resolved. Arranging necessary updates and services to the property has been stress free despite my living in another part of the country. It's very reassuring to know that my tenants and property are in such good hands.
