Charters Southampton placed our house on the market on a Friday, we had our first and only viewing on the Saturday and we sold it for more than the asking price. It doesn't get any better than this. Their photographer is amazing and our agent Phil Northover really took care of everything.When things became difficult upper in the chain, their facilitator, Gemma Hill helped us enormously chasing solicitors and lenders and, in general, keeping us sane!Their higher fee is TOTALLY worth it.Highly suggested.

From start to finish in selling our house in St James Road, Upper Shirley we had an excellent service from Charters Estate Agents in Southampton. They have a great office in London Road and everyone is easy to contact - they always answer their phones quickly.When Phil Northover first came to do the valuation he was very friendly, professional and very well prepared with marketing information for his area. He also made sure the brochure and documentation were completed efficiently.Gemma Hill skillfully guided the sale right through to completion. She also made very regular contact with us to give updates on how the sale was going, answered our questions and always acted in a friendly and professional manner.We cannot fault the service we received.
