My wife and I were looking to relocate to Winchester, and Charters had the most rental properties of all the agents we worked with. Sarah from the Winchester office was incredibly helpful and showed us a lot of properties. She seemed honest, and not pushy (which is a lot more than we can say for other agents we met with in Winchester), and we were actually a little disappointed that the property we eventually found was not listed through Charters. We would have liked to have used Sarah for the whole process. I’d definitely recommended them, and will be back to Charters when we eventually want to buy.

I was re locating from abroad and had to buy in a hurry. With a heavy work load and two children starting school at the same time I was stretched to the limit but Sam was on hand to make the seemingly impossible possible.. Great buying advice, useful contacts, resourceful, personal touch and gets the job done.

GoogleHighly recommend Christina and the broader Charters team in Winchester. Moving home during the pandemic is far from ideal, however Christina was attentive, thoughtful and considerate and has helped to make the process of finding a new place less daunting. After viewing a few properties, we were able to find the right place and at all times Charters were professional and balanced in their dealings with us. They were transparent and honest regarding prevailing market conditions and all viewings we attended were managed with high consideration for personal safety and compliance with current COVID guidelines. Can highly recommend Christina, Gary and the whole Charters team (we ended up meeting most of them!!). Professional, personable, knowledgeable and - most importantly, just plain nice.

My daughter and I had been amazed at how efficient and quick from signing up Charters to sell our property and finding us our purchase property. Even before the brochure went ‘live’ we had three viewings within week from signing with another three lined up. Fortunately for us one of the three initial viewings put in and offer and it all went from there. No time for a For Sale board to go up!! Ned in the office was friendly and very helpful. Phil who came round to value our property was very informative and straight talking making it easy to understand without the jargon. Viewing lady (sorry think it was Laura) very friendly. So far I can’t fault the service.
