It’s a VERY LONG TIME since we had sold a house. We invited two local estate agents to visit and discuss the sale of our house.One of them was Andy from Charters in Bishops Waltham. He was very positive about our house. He did not try to give an aggressive sales pitch, but was quite positive about the sale.The house sold quickly and proceeded to exchange and then completion over the next few months. Unfortunately the house sale process is very frustrating and nerve racking. During that time, Gemma of the sales progress team was very helpful communicating between us, the buyers and solicitors.

I would like to put on record my appreciation of the excellent work that Gemma has done over the past two months to effect exchange. Gemma has consistently been the source of valuable conveyancing information, of which she is highly knowledgeable, as well as maintaining excellent contact with all parties throughout the process. I have found this invaluable.I have also found Gemma to be very professional & positive in her communication. In précis, the function that Gemma performs & the way in which she performs it is a credit to Charters. Finally, I would also like to thank both your sales team & you personally for the way that you both marketed & quickly arranged for high quality viewings. I have had a number of experiences of Estate Agents over the years and am safe in the knowledge that Charters has been, by far, the best positive experience.

Exceptional service from Sarah Bainbridge in the Charters Lettings team. Sarah has gone above and beyond throughout the whole viewings and lettings process and I cannot recommend her enough. I have interacted with other lettings companies in Winchester there was no one who compared to Sarah. We live 150 miles away keeping that in mind she promptly arranged viewings for us on our time and even at the last minute. I had given up on finding the right apartment if it wasn't for Sarah Bainbridge we wouldn't have found the apartment we were looking for.

Sadly we found a property in the end through another agent, however her numerous bulletins were packed with advice and so upbeat. Lily especially was very helpful and knowledgeable, and answered all the questions we had thoroughly. Sarah who works for Charters was extremely professional and always went out of her way to assist and totally understood what our needs were. Sarah found the best property we could of asked for. The process was easy and effortless. We are immigrating to the UK and did not have an idea of how the rental of properties worked. Sarah guided us and explained all we needed to know clearly. We were comfortable and she always made us feel at ease.

Storme conducted a viewing of a high value property which had recently returned to the market, the chain having collapsed. We were suspicious of the reasons behind the other buyer pulling out and also concerned that the property was slightly out of our search area. Storme did a great job reassuring us and pointing out features of the property that would make it an excellent family home. We made an offer, which was accepted.
