As a professional landlord with pride in the standards of property and service I offer my tenants, I need a letting agent that can deliver all the back up I need with professionalism, friendliness, authority and that "going the extra mile" that Pete and all his colleagues at Charters offer in spades. Nony, listened to my brief and sent me relevant details through which were inspiring and exciting. Her emails brightened up my day and she certainly sent some interesting properties through. They were the Estate Agent who were chosen to sell Kevin McClouds new houses although I think most were snapped up fairly quickly. The quality and design are stunning.
