Always a great experience with Charters. You do not feel like you have hired people you have to manage to get the results you want. They take initiative and you can just sit back while they do what was agreed. I have used Charters many times for a tenant find service. Knowing Charters will always do a good job is reassuring and refreshing!

As a landlord moving to a new managing agent has the potential to be very stressful and possibly very disappointing. After several months of dealing with the team at Charters including Peter and Harrison at the Park Gate office I have to say that I am impressed with their friendly and professional attitude and understanding of my business as a landlord and would highly recommend them to other landlords in the area.

The service and support we received during our sale was excellent. Twice the chain of transactions almost fell apart and the team were able to work quickly to ensure that everything stayed on track, even if it took longer overall. There was always a personal feel to the service and we are very happy to recommend Charters as an estate agent for sellers.

Out of all the Wonchester based estate agents, Tom has been the most efficient and responsive to my requests including arranging last minute rapid access to what i believed could have been our forever home even though i contacted him at very short notice and he was due to go onleave later that day. He goes above and beyond with customer service.

We have viewed many houses with Charters estate agents and have found them to be kind , understanding and extremely professional at all times. Both the Park Gate branch with Jonathon Pinhurst who is now handling our purchase and Nathan Ford at Bishops Waltham who has had the utmost patience with our long journey to choose another abode!! And Erikson Veijzaj who after showing us house last year -has finally sold it to us, charming and knowleable way about them all.
