GoogleCharters has a very professional teams, the staff who accompanied us on the viewing are very knowledgeable, giving suggestions what can be possible improve the property. Although we didn't purchase the house from them due to we have particular area we would like to be but the staff had shown us alternative area with pleasant manner especially Cameron , he is willing to listen and try to find properties we require. He always follow up and return the call as soon as possible. He even congratulate and wish us well when we purchase the house from the other estate agent and make us welcome to come back if our purchase is unsuccessful. Many thanks to you all who involve with our viewing.

Nony dots the I's and crosses the T's. She is reliable and dedicated to her role. A bit of a force of nature (in a good way) and someone I would recommend to have in your camp, whether you're buying or selling. We had a lovely young lady by the name of Tilly Orsmond. She was our agent from Charters. My partner is disabled and in a wheel chair. It is very difficult for Pete to get in anywhere because of the frames on modern front and Patio doors have a bottom Upstand. Once Tilly understood his needs, she did her best to find places for him to get in. We really appreciated her efforts. We have now found somewhere To live. We got it before it even went.

The Trusted AgentIn my experience, dealing with some sales people can be quite stressful and I was a bit apprehensive when stepping inside the agency. Victoria's tact is such that i felt no pressure and later she proved to be quite flexible in understanding my needs as a potential buyer, working around them and doing a splendid job managing my expectations whilst looking after the seller interests impartially.

The Trusted AgentLeanne's support was exceptional throughout the purchase, we were under strict time pressure for completion and do not doubt that without Leanne's help every step of the way we wouldn't have managed to complete in time. We were regularly updated and even on her time off from work she happily contacted us with updates. We cannot recommend Leanne or Charters enough and would certainly use them again.

Nony was so good. Selling and purchasing a property can be very stressful. but Nony helped us in so many ways. We purchased a property through Charters which we are happily living in now. There are always ups and downs when moving but Nony made it easier for us by always being cheerful and extremely kind. She always made us smile even when sometimes we were worried..

With numerous estate agents to choose from, I am exceptionally pleased to have selected Charters of Southampton to sell my property. The first viewing was arranged before the property went online. 7 days of going online the property was sold STC. Additionally, a viewing had actually been booked for the same week which then had to be cancelled. The marketing for the sale was excellent, the staff were efficient, always polite and professional. I’m particularly pleased with my agent Phil Northover, he was courteous, passionate about what he does and professional. Perhaps most importantly though, Phil’s years of experience in the housing market (respectfully intended) was invaluable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charters of Southampton

We have been in the process of finding accomodation to rent in Southampton, with the help of Sophie Pickering. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. During the process there have been some issues and she navigated them with ease. She's gone above and beyond what most letting agents would have done/we have experienced in finding properties for us within our budget, and meeting our requirements. We have had timely replies to all our queries, and appreciate her efforts. As a result I would recommend Charters to anyone looking to rent in the Southampton region.
