Recently bought a property through Charters and they have been great, especially Stephen who has pretty much managed the whole purchase for us. He would ring us with regular updates and chase relevant people when things started to slow down, I could easily reach him if I had any questions. Been a great help to us in this process

After our long standing tenant ended her tenancy Charters managed to find a new tenant swiftly and helped me through the process greatly. Simon Bartlett has been very helpful as has Jake. They answer my queries promptly and are always courteous. I Have no hesitation in contacting them and they are easy to get hold of and look after me well

Claire was at the door for us when we turned up early to the viewing and welcomed us with open arms and let us in to the property and showed us round with no pressure on us to like the property. Brilliant customer care! Sarah Bainbridge was amazing and very dedicated at finding the best home for my partner and me. I have used Charters twice now and been very happy with their service both times. On this occasion both Simon Edser and Stephen Henry have been both helpful and knowlegeable. It hasn't been the most straightforward sale for a variety of reasons but they've got the job done. They have respected my input into the process and been professional throughout. Google' Excellent estate agent ' The Excellent Estate Agent - Kevin, Beccy, Jo Lisa and Sarah including whole team. The whole team of charters went above and beyond our expectations. Sarah gave us the best viewing house experience. Kevin and Beccy helped us to get through the mortgage and getting everything done in time. I have to say I have always been a little cynical with estate agents but I was surprised what a good service Charter provided. They seem to have acted with integrity and were transparent at all times. Communication was first class as well. The whole purchase was stressful and trying at times but Stephen Henry on the Sales progression was professional and very helpful. We also dealt with Kevin who was also very good.
