From the very outset of initial contact Charters Winchester showed an incredibly high level of service, professionalism, efficiency and determination to provide an outstanding service. Making contact with me out of hours Sarah Bainbridge, of Winchester branch, was off the scale amazing throughout the process of helping assist the securing of a letting. Having carefully listened to our wishes Sarah left it with her to schedule viewings of 5 properties which were spoken through knowledgeably and with care and consideration. Sarah really was an allie to both potential tenant and landlord as she caringly shared the relevant facts in a highly professional to serve both very important parties. Her manner was incredibly open and reassuring and her sharing of the progress of the deal and the efficiency in which she completed the agreed next actions was a pleasure to behold. Having rented and sold and purchased on more occasions that wish to remember Sarah made this entire process slick, efficient, zero stress and a joy to behold. Can’t recommend Sarah and Charters highly enough and that is from a fussy person in life who gives a lot but also expects a lot and Sarah and Charters Winchester by Jove certainly delivered. Whether you are a landlord, buyer, seller Sarah and Charters will do you most proud. Beyond Sarah, when arriving in branch I was greeted with respect and a keen willingness to be heard so they could help and provide a first class service. Upon ringing branch I was helped with full attention with a cheerful reply and again a keen willingness to be helped and reassured my question or issue would be resolved. Charters Winchester are clearly outstanding at what they do and all are on it to ensure an efficient service is provided. After some concerns that our hot water and heating wouldn’t be fixed in a timely manner, Kelly Santos helped push it through and within a couple of days we had a new boiler fitted. Originally placed on the market with A N Other Winchester estate agent November 2020. 11 Months of a few viewings and 1 poor offer. Switched too Charters Oct 2021 and had about 5 viewings and 2 serious offers within 2 weeks. Elle in the Winchester office and Jo in Southampton were superb. My mistake thinking that everyone just views via Rightmove, Zoopla etc. Charters sold my property and followed the sale through constantly. A different class of Estate Agent. 10/10

I enquired initially about a flat to rent in Winchester, Sarah emailed back swiftly and was so helpful finding the right flat for us; advising us that that flat was already in the process of being let and highly sought after, however she had an alternative we might like. She called me and explained everything in detail and even shared her WhatsApp with me so that she could send me a video tour, since we were 3hrs away! Sarah was personable, friendly and absolutely lovely. She answered all of my questions ridiculously quickly and made me feel so at ease, and we ended up going for the other flat that she had suggested! It was a bit of a nightmare trying to find somewhere to live in Winchester originally; however Sarah made it so smooth and easy and I have no doubt that even if there wasn't anything available at the time, then she would have done everything to collect my details etc so that she could contact us when something came up!
