Excellent service

I want to start by saying that this is the first Trustpilot review that I have done as I don't do reviews. I have also not sold a property for over 30 years. The service received at the Southampton Branch, in particular Stephen was friendly but professional and I was treated as an individual rather that just a number. The selling process was seamless and I would certainly use Charters again in the future. Thoroughly recommend them.

From the moment I phoned Charters to the moment our offer got accepted they have been first class. I dealt with Cameron broom the whole way through and to be honest I couldn’t have asked for anymore he was outstanding. As estate agents go and Cameron as a person I couldn’t recommend it anymore, I have had vast experience of dealing in property and this was by far the best person and company I have dealt with, I will be using there services again and look forward to this with the ease and manner everything was conducted in. Stephen Henry has always been my first…

Stephen Henry has always been my first point of contact. The buying of my property has been fraught with problems and therefore taken a long time to complete BUT Stephen has been my saviour. Charters have been fantastic through the sale of our property. Mark and his colleagues did a great job with the marketing and sale of our house. Jo then took on the job as sales pregressor She worked tirelessly to ensure the sale completed. After a long and tricky chain she maintained professionalism and got the job done whilst communicating with us the whole time. I think it’s safe to say the deal would not have gone through without Jo. We also used their recommended solicitors, Dutton Gregory, who were equally as professional and efficient.

Jo you’re amazing !

Jo is & has been a life saver! The fact that this is not my first purchase so I’m aware about how complicated a sale/purchase process could be … but wow I’ve never been so uneasy with a purchase with all the worrying and headache ! BUTTT Jo was amazing! The fact that my own sales estate company weren’t the one calling me to update me in the transaction but Jo was (who in fact she was someone else’s estate agent in the chain! ) it only shows how much of a good and kind hearted person she is. I dealt with the Romsey office of Charters to find a new property to rent in the New Forest. I highly recommend Charters. They recently handled the sale of our property and we were absolutely delighted with the standard of service. They were professional, attentive, polite and extremely good at following up, both with potential buyers but also in handling a lot of the "behind the scenes" activities. In particular, Mark Dryhurst was outstanding. His communication skills, empathy and knowledge of the market were superb throughout.
