Peter, Adriene and Kareen were all so helpful when moving into my property. I knew Peter from a previous property and he made the transition so easy. Adriene helped with the admin when moving in and Karen’s was a friendly face who showed us the metered and handed the keys over. A very professional agency!

We’ve had a great experience with Charters when needed to rent a property. We haven’t rented for a long time, so the experience was a little daunting, however Sarah Bainbringe at the Winchester branch was extremely helpful and very detailed in her approach. I did call around other Esate Agents, however I quickly realised that Sarah was the most thorough and efficient, getting back to me quickly on any requests I had and when making offers to landlords. Other Estate Agents I had to chase, but I didn’t need to do that with Sarah! Very excited to move into our new rental house, and it was definitely the right choice for us after viewing quite a few! Thank you Sarah and Charters for a smooth process so far :)

I have used Charters twice recently and been extremely impressed with them both times.Firstly, they have been responsible for the sale of a house my church owns and they have been excellent - great advice, good communication without being too pushy, did everything they said they would when they said they would. Then, after this great experience, they helped me with letting another property and I found their letting team equally as good as their Sales team. Simply The Best

Having dealt with many estates agents in my past, I must say I have never been more impressed than I have been with Charters. Really great mediation and help by Lily and Charters

I had a really good experience when I rented an apartment from Charters… they were very thorough and kept the communication open throughout. However, due to personal circumstances I had to cut my lease short and was really worried as to how I would be moving forward. I had really good support from Charters, especially Lily Moore who was amazing in always getting back to me on how to proceed further after each step.. she was the best mediator between the landlord, who himself was very understanding of my changing circumstances.
